Biography :
Martha has lived in Texas for many years and is glad to be back. She chose to work with United Country Premier Properties because of its welcoming atmosphere and the resources it provides for each agent allowing them to do a great job for you!
Martha comes from a background in nursing as a case manager. She earned a master’s degree from the University of New Mexico and her career extended over 20 years. The skills she used daily transferred into her second career as a real estate agent-skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, research, legal document preparation, data analysis, and meeting time constraints. She is also fluent in Spanish. Serving others with her abilities is Martha’s passion. She graduated from The Real Estate Business School in Austin and is familiar with the real estate market in Central Texas. She is also a member of a nationwide group of real estate investors and is enthusiastic about teaching wealth management and financial literacy to high school students and young entrepreneurs.
She is married to Allen Stanley who is a medical coder, and they have one teenage daughter.
